Delivery

All orders are shipped using Royal mail. We aim to dispatch with 48 hours of your order being received. Delivery times are typically 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch however please be aware that during busy times this my vary. We may use a tracked service for larger items.

Reporting an Order as Missing

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel within the expected time frame we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can work with our couriers to resolve the issue. In some instances it is not possible for us to raise an issue with a courier until the delivery has been missing for some time. When this happens we will work with you to resolve the issue by other means so that you are inconvenienced as little as possible by the delay.

Returns or Faulty Items

Please contact us to arrange a return here Contact us. When contacting us please be prepared to provide information on the goods you wish to return and your original order number to assist us in handling your return.

Please return any unwanted item in original condition to us within 15 days of delivery. We can offer a full refund, minus shipping costs, once the order has been returned to us. Commissioned, personalised, or bespoke items are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit or supplied with errors caused by our negligence.

Please take reasonable care to ensure that any goods being returned are not damaged during transit. Should you fail to do this, it may affect your refund.
